Split sales and purchase invoices by number of months. Each installment has its own due date; partial collections post to the same installment. Invoice installments are included in Standard. There is no separate Market SKU.
Licensed companies see an Installments tab on sales and purchase invoices. Enter the number of months; amounts split evenly and due dates move month by month from the document date. Same flow on web and mobile.
After the auto plan, you can edit each row’s due date and amount. Installment amounts must equal the invoice payable. The invoice due date is the amount-weighted average of installment due dates.
Choose the installment when you collect or pay. Multiple parts can post to the same installment; remaining cannot be exceeded. When remaining hits zero, the row drops off the upcoming report.
Cash planning uses each open installment’s own due date — not the invoice header average. Dashboard, the due report, and due-date reminders show open installments on processed invoices.
Qolay Assistant sees upcoming installments. With your approval it emails the customer the installment number, due date, and remaining amount.
