Receivables and payables due, right at sign-in
The moment you sign in to Qolay.App your dashboard shows overdue receivables, what is due today, the next 7 days and your net position.
Not just a balance — which invoice, which due date, how much is left.
The supplier payment date arrives and you notice the day before that the cash will not cover it.
The due date is on the invoice, but there is nowhere to see them all together.
Overdue invoices pile up because nobody sends a reminder.
Cash crises are rarely a surprise — nobody looked ahead.
These cards show what is due, not what has already happened.
Amounts past their due date that are still uncollected or unpaid.
Collections and payments falling due today, on a single card.
Items falling due over the coming week.
A monthly view so you can plan payments ahead.
Receivables due minus payables due — the balance at a glance.
Take the report out and share it with your team or your accountant.
Your open sales invoices are listed with their due date and remaining amount. Partially collected invoices show the remaining amount; invoices with no matching show the full amount.
Your purchase invoices and expenses are listed with the same logic, so you can build a payment plan alongside your receivables.
You have seen your overdue receivables; next comes the reminder. Qolay Assistant drafts the reminder email, you read it, approve it and send. Usage is deducted from your Qolay Credit balance, and your new company receives 100 credits.
A balance tells you how much; this report tells you when. Cash planning needs the second one.
| Topic | Receivables & Payables Due | Account balance |
|---|---|---|
| What it tells you | Which document, when, how much | Total amount owed or owing |
| Due dates | Yes — overdue / today / 7 / 30 days | No |
| Partial payment | Remaining amount shown per item | Folded into the total |
| Planning | Directly usable as a cash plan | Limited |
